At Notra, every personalized item is made to order and crafted specifically for you.
Unlike mass-produced products, each order requires time for personalization, careful craftsmanship, quality inspection, and secure packaging to ensure it meets our high standards.
Most orders are processed and completed within 3–7 business days before shipment.
During peak seasons such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Graduation Season, and other holidays, processing times may extend to 7–10 business days due to increased demand.
We truly appreciate your patience while we create something uniquely yours. We believe meaningful gifts are worth the wait.

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom & Australia: 7–12 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

💙Personalized Orders
Every personalized product is created exclusively for you based on the customization details you provide, including names, initials, dates, messages, logos, photos, or custom artwork.
Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.
Once production has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel personalized orders.
Because each item is individually crafted, production takes longer than ready-to-ship products. This allows us to ensure every order is made with the highest level of care and attention to detail.
💙Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order contains pre-order or back-order items, any available products will be shipped first.
The remaining items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
As a result, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and SMS if a phone number was provided) containing your tracking number.

💙Returns
Because most Notra products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items unless:
- The item arrives damaged.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product contains a manufacturing defect or personalization error caused by us.

💙Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Notra cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
